We got the question from volunteers that they choose this project because Thailand is poor country or not? The truth is Thailand, especially in the southern does not poor but the do not have opportunity to meet foreigners. So volunteers come here to destroy shyness of Thai people to speak out even they know a lot English grammar but they could not make even easy conversation.

Aims
1.Create the motivation for Thai people to speak English
2. Language is a part of culture, so they can learning culture by English communication
Qualification
1. Ages aver 25 years old
2.Have Experience to work or teach children
3. Open up, flexible, adaptable and creative

Volunteers are expect to work as English teacher in primary school. They can preparing their lesson by themselves but the teacher at the school can give the advice and you also get the volunteers history report book which last volunteers wrote all of information you need.

- Monday - Friday 8.30 - 15.30 ( Depend on time schedule from each school
- Saturday - Sunday are free time
- May - September is 1st semester, November - March is 2rd semester
- October is 1st school vacation, April - May is summer vacation

1. Dormitory are provident, separate male and female.
2. Shower room and Toilet in Thai Style, kitchen.
3. Volunteers change to cooking in Thai ingredients

Parts of fee are using for food Monday-Friday, accommodation, organization management .

10,000 Bath per month
volunteer can apply maximum 3 months
